The BEST Wordpress Real Estate theme for how much? For Free!!
So here it is as promised, originally I bought this theme for a new project of mine to use exclusively but the project fizzled out.
As a permanent 'taker' from the Wordpress community I have decided to release this and look forward to see what can be done with this base Real Estate theme as a starter!
If you are interested to get in touch with the original designer for custom work then please drop me a mail and I would be happy to pass on their details!
This theme is unsupported! If demand is high enough I will install a forum where support issues can be discussed otherwise until then then please use the comments.

Thanks for this theme, its great.
Im having troubles getting the blog part to work though. Atm blog post’s show up on the homepage under ‘Recent Listings’ and also the blog post’s use the properties template. You can see what i mean here: http://modernchoicerealestate.com.au/2008/02/26/2-taupoe-rd-sold/
